Airways Support™ is a respiratory supplement for horses with issues related to dust allergies, pollen allergies and respiratory issues.
More time in the stable due to box rest or extreme weather, hay, pollen or bedding can cause reactions in the horses respiratory system. The tiny particles can irritate the airways and the immune system can overreact, releasing histamines and cause inflammation.

Nettle
Nettle Leaf is traditionally used to help maintain clear, healthy airways. Rich in antioxidants it supports natural histamine responses, key when dealing with allergies such as pollen or dust.
L-Histidine
L-Histidine is a precursor to histamine and other important compounds involved in immune and inflammatory responses. Histamine is involved in immune system signalling and inflammatory responses. Proper histidine levels can help the body regulate allergic reactions more effectively.
Liquorice Root
Liquorice Root contains properties that contribute to the expulsion of foreign particles from the respiratory tract.
Mullein Leaf
Mullein Leaf acts as a demulcent (soothing herb), coating irritated mucous membranes in the airways, helping loosen and expel mucus from the lungs.
Cinnamon
Rich in polyphenols that help neutralize free radicals, working as an antioxidant, supporting lung tissue health.

My horse gets a cough and runny nose from the bedding & hay spores, will this help?

How long should my horse stay on Airways Support™?
Seasonal changes, pollen, more time in the stable during extreme weather, bedding and hay can trigger reactions. You can feed Airways Support™ all year round as part of a long-term feeding plan for coughs, colds and respiratory issues.
Should I split the daily amount over two feeds?
It is recommended that your horse is fed its maintenance amount in one feed - do not split over two feeds. To find out your horse’s daily requirements, see the feeding guidelines below.
For loading doses (the first 3-5 days of feeding), feed the required amount twice daily.
I’m not sure my horse will eat it?
Palatability samples are available on our website, so that you can ensure your horse is happy to eat it.
Feeding Guidelines
1 serving = 18g (35ml Scoop)
Maintenance:
Under 500kg ½ - ¾ scoop once a day
500 kg – 550 kg 1 - 1½ scoop once a day
550kg – 600kg+ 1½ - 2 scoops once a day
First 3 - 5 days feed twice daily
For best results, mix with feed, store in a cool dry place in an airtight container & use within 6 months of opening
