Cinnamon
Cinnamon contains compounds which can help reduce inflammation in the respiratory tract. Cinnamon is rich in polyphenols that helps neutralize free radicals working as an antioxidant, in turn supporting lung tissue health.
L-Arginine
L-arginine is a precursor to Nitric Oxide (NO), a compound that helps relax smooth muscle in blood vessels and airways. Increased Nitric Oxide helps improve circulation, supporting oxygen transport to lung tissues.
Iron Ferrous Fumerate
Iron is a core component of haemoglobin in red blood cells and supports the transport of oxygen from the lungs to muscles and tissues — crucial for performance, stamina, and respiratory efficiency
Vitamin B12
B12 is required for the production of red blood cells, supporting oxygen delivery from the lungs to muscles and tissues, which is vital for performance and stamina.
L-Arginine

Cinnamon contains compounds (like cinnamaldehyde) that can help reduce inflammation in the airways. It’s antioxidants can help protect lung tissue from free radical damage, supporting recovery after bleeding episodes.
L-arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide, a molecule that relaxes blood vessels (vasodilation) working towards an improved pulmonary vessel dilation may help reduce the pressure in small lung capillaries during intense exercise, which is a key factor in EIPH.
How long should my horse stay on Pulmon Pro™?
We recommend you use Pulmon PRO™ as part of long-term feeding plan if your horse has reoccurring symptoms.
Should I split the daily amount over two feeds?
It is recommended that your horse has its maintenance amount in one feed, so for a 500kg horse, you need to use 1 scoop into one feed and for a 600kg horse, 2 scoops into one feed. Do not split the maintenance dose into two feeds. 2 scoops per day = 2 scoops in one feed.
For loading doses (the first 3-5 days of feeding), you need to use the required dosage into two separate feeds (morning & evening).

1 serving = 18g (35ml Scoop)
Maintenance:
Under 500kg ¾ - 1 scoop per day
500 Kg – 600 kg 1 ½ - 1 ¾ scoop per day
600kg + 2 scoops per day
First 3 - 5 days feed twice daily
For best results, mix with feed, store in a cool dry place in an airtight container & use within 6 months of opening
